What is the Doxa Residency Program?

The Doxa Church Residency is a two-year program that equips college graduates to grow as both a disciple and church leader through personal, spiritual, and leadership development as well as hands-on ministry experience.

What to Expect

Over the course of two years, participants will earn a Masters of Theological Studies and gain hands-on ministry experience in the area(s) of their choosing, which include but are not limited to: College, Kids, Worship, etc.

Support Raising Training (Virtual): February 7-8, 2025
Support Raising Window: February-July
Residency Begins: July 1, 2025
How are residents paid?
Residents raise financial support to provide for their salary for two years.

In partnership with Reliant, residents are thoroughly trained and equipped to develop a donor support team and manage financial gifts.
Where do residents live?
Residents are responsible for finding housing. Residents can live all throughout Tucson, choosing to rent apartments or homes—often with other residents.
